  Love this school!!! Wonderful caring staff and such a great atmosphere all around! My kids have gone to schools such as West Point, The Citadel, NMMI and now HTHNC!

  This school made me kill myself. Would not recommend. Teachers dont know how to teach, and they force you to spend money on bs. Dont go here. i am taking a biology class and this whole semester, we have just done college work. This school made me not go to college. the grading system is BS. if you miss one assignment you need to get 100+ on at least 5 other assignments just to get your grade back up to where it was. All the sports are a waste of money. No good sports or teams, They claim that they make this school a "safe learning environment" but every year at least 1 student commits suicide due to whatever reason. Usually bullying. This school is cancer, DO NOT ATTEND. Yeah yeah, it looks good on college applications but so what? This school doesn't teach you anything. It teaches you how to procrastinate and pull BS work out of your ass at the last second and get away with it. which wont help you in the real world. I regret not switching schools after middle school.
