  Me and my husband have been living here for about 7 months now with our teenage daughter. We love the amenities. The apartment is very up to date with new appliances. The apartment comes with a full size washer and dryer inside the apartment which is really nice. We've only had to contact maintenance once and they came right away and fixed the issue. The management is wonderful here. We are very happy here.

  good community so far Update, we are going on the second year here and is a great place , the staff are helpful and kind , the community is secure for the kids and pet friendly , great place to live

  Lived hear for 2.5 going on 3 years now and truly love this complex! Amazing and understanding staff with a great maintenance team. Plus the location is unbeatable! I highly recommend checking out The Eaves by Avalon here in San Marcos
